Installation Team Leader

Responsibilties

As a Team Leader you will be supervising and working alongside a 2-3 person team to install quality landscape projects both safely and efficiently.
·Leading an Installation Team through the installation process of Landscape Beds, Patios, Retaining Walls, Drainage Systems, Outdoor Living Areas, and Fiberglass Pools
Operation of landscape construction equipment including: Excavator, Skid Steer, Saws/Grinders, Laser Level, Hand tools, and more.
Coordinate project with Manager.
Keep your assigned vehicle looking clean and professional, both inside and out
Maintain accurate logs in landscape management software (LMN).

Job Requirements

Available to work 40-50 hours per week Monday-Thursday and some Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
Landscape Installation and supervisor experience
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with natural stone and man-made stone/pavers to build patios, walls, and outdoor living areas.
Valid & Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance.
Availability for snow maintenance in the winter months
Ability to use LMN (which is our mobile time tracking application)

Typical Day

Clean and inspect all equipment for the day.
Ensure that shop area is clean completed with work.
Load truck with appropriate equipment for the day.
Make sure truck and equipment are properly fueled.
Receive instructions and information for the day.
Get team out of shop in a timely manner.
Manage team in the field, while staying on the appropriate route.
Notify supervisor of any delays, changes, or issues
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $25-$30 per hour plus bonuses
